TRANSFER TO TOKIO
JAPANESE FACTORIES (Reed. Aug. 4, noon.) TOKIO, Aug. 3. Thirty engineering factories are being transferred from Japan do Manchukuo as a result of ,a. conference with representatives of the M-anchu-kuo Embassy and the Osaka Ministry of Commerce and industrialists.
