SUGGESTION OF WILKINS ANTARCTIC EXPEDITIONS (Elbc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Aug. 4. noon.) CANBERRA, Aug. 4. The offer of Sir Hubert Wilkins io lead three annual expeditions to Antarctica in the Wyatt Earp has been rejected by 'the Commonwealth Government, .which believes that the expenditure of £IO,OOO involved as ‘dot warranted. It also 'is stated that the Gammonwealth is unable to spare the naval ratings required. Moreover, the Wyatt Egr.p Is engaged indefinitely in transporting munitions for the Government. „
