Aug. 3 According to figures given in answer to a question in the House of Commons yesterday toy the Financial Secretary 'o the Treasury, Captain H. F. C Crookshank, £343,430,000 will toe raised during the current financial year by indirect taxation, compared with £240,918,000 in 1931.
