HOPES OF MR. NASH MEETING MAJOR PROBLEMS (Reed'. Aug. 4, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 3. The New Zealand Minister of Finance, the Hon. W. Nash, before .•sailing for New York, stated that the conversion loan arrangements would not enable New Zealand to surmount all her difficulties, but would permit her to, continue vital work. “It will enable us to solve major problems, although it will talke a couple of /ears to clear them up," he.added.
