It is proposed to -rebuild the Maori meeting house at Awahou, Rotorua, is a centennial memorial. Wi-h the sum of £I2OO available, including Government subsidy, a fine building, carved both inside ana out, wnl be erected When Bishop Selwyn, first visited the district he was received cn this rnarae.
