MISSING MAN BELIEVED NAME OX COLLAR (P«r Press Association.! WELLINGTON, this day. The body of a man believed to be Mr. H. R. Sellers, the former secretary of the New Zealand Racing Conference, who has been missing since July 3, was recovered from the beach where it was washed' up this morning at Kaiwarra. The name Sellers is printed on the collar, but the body was taken to the morgue to await positive identification.
