The Havas Agency in Paris reported yesterday that the French Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, told the Cabinet that in the British, French and Soviet negotiations at 'Moscow all the essential points had been settled. There remained a slight difference of opinion on the drafting of the article concerning indirect aggression, but this would not raise fundamental difficulties or affect the negotiations as a whole.
IM. Bonnet added that members of the British and French staffs would go fo (Moscow during the middle of next week. The British members would meet the French in Paris and travel on together. The military talks would -be coincident with the remaining political negotiations.
