PLANE’S FORCED LANDING THREE MEN IN HOSPITAL (Reed. July 29, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 28. It is now stated that the Air Minister, Sir Kingsley Wood was shaken and that the pilot 'and two of the crew were injured and taken to hospital when a Royal Air Force plane in which they were flying -to Belfast turned back when over the Irish Sea on account of bad weather and made a forced landing at Kirkby, Lancashire, on 'a hillside.
