Salesmen Dismissed
The effect of the import restrictions on motor ca r salesmen was mentioned in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, by a defendant, who stated that as a result of the restrictions firms were not able to secure sufficient supplies to warrant the retention of their previous stall's of salesmen. The result was that many salesmen were now unemployed.
