DUKE AND DUCHESS VISIT TO YUGOSLAVIA (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, July 28. The Duke and Duchess of Kent left London by air on Wednesday for a holiday in- Europe 'before leaving for Australia. After a few days in Paris, they will make a motor tour extending over about a month. It is understood that tentative arrangements 'have been made for the Duke and Duchess of Kent to reach Yugoslavia about the middle of next month for a visit to -the Prince Regent and the Princess Paul, who is a sister of, the duchess.
