(URL GUIDE COMMITTEE (Hornld Correspondent.) The annual meeting of the fiartletls ~O'r'dos Committee took place recently fin the Y.M.C.A. Hall. Mrs. J. , district commissioner, 'and Miss Humphreys, provincial secretary, tended, and the meeting was presided over by the former. The reports and balance sheet of the committee and company were adopted, ■nd Mrs. Bray 'congratulated the members on their very satisfactory “late. Mrs. Tomliweon’s resignation as secretary was received with deep regret, as she had done commendable work on the committee. The officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows: President, Mrs. T. Walters; secretary, 'Mrs. L. Ching; committee, Mesdames K. Muir, R. Cameron and J. IMcCoach. Mrs. Bray congratulated Mrs. Pearson, who is in charge of the girls, on the capable and able manner in which she h'acl carried out the work. At the close of the meeting Mrs. Bray carried out her annual inspection of the Bartletts Company. Mists E. .French, who has been spending her annual leav» at Tauranga and Matat'a, has resumed 'her duties at the Post Office.—Mrs. Pilkington, Wairoa. f,pending a few days as the guest of Mrs. €. Mori. —The Misses June and Mercia Foully are both patients in the Cook Hospital.
