NEW BRITISH MINISTER
(British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, July 27. The King has approved of the appointment of; Mr. Charles Howard Smith, dssistan.t Under-Secretary of State in the Foreign Office, to be British Minister at Copenhagen in succession to Sir Patrick Ramsay, who is retiring in the autumn.
