DENIAL OF ILL-HEALTH HOURS OF WAGNER (Reed. July 26, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, July 25. The presence of Herr Hitler at the opening performance of the Bayreuth festival disproves rumours, that he is suffering from ill-health. It is explained that nobody suffering a nervous breakdown could be expected to sit through hours of Wagner.
A telephone inquiry to Frau 'Winifred Wagner’s home, where Herr Hitler is staying elicited the information that he was in the best of health. No aeroplane may fly within I.’, miles of the Bayreuth theatre until midnight on August 28.
