BERLIN INTERPRETATION PEACE-LOAN TALK (Reed. July 25, 3 p.m.) LONDON, July 24. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the German newspapers’ comment concerning the italics between the British Minister, Mr. R. S. Hudson, and the German economic adviser, Herr Woh'Ltat, that Britain is anxious to buy off Germany in view of her own disastrous position in the Far East. The Volkischer Beobachter says: “The plea that it was Mr. Hudson’s own idea is a tale for the marines. We will soon lend Britain a milliard in sterling which we will have produced ourselves.”
