TOWN PLANNING
“The committee recommends that town-planning be adopted in regard to the borough, and that the engineer be authorised to proceed with the preparation of a provisional scheme for consideration by the council,” reported the town-planning committee of the Gisborne Borough Council, at last night’s meeting.
