EFFORTS FOR RANSOM
PALESTINE KIDNAPPING (Reed. July 29, noon.) JERUSALEM, July 24. Mr. Jacob Goldmer obtained £IOOO as ransom from the Cleveland congregation and offered to remit it to the kidnappers on the receipt of his son’s passport and camera.
A bedouin to-day set out with an undisclosed sum in the hope of effecting a ransom.
