FRENCH MARRIAGE BONUS
UP TO £6,000,000 YEARLY SYSTEM OP LOANS (Reed. July 25, 9 a.m.) PARIS, July 24. The 'French: Government has agreeo to provide £0,000,000 yearly to encourage the youth of France to marry.' Bachelors and couples without children will be taxed to assist to finance the scheme. Loans will be granted to couples without distinction, the repayments dropping with the birth of each child. Ollier measures are special travelling rates for big families and lump sums for peasants agreeing to stay on ibhe land when they marry.
