CONFERENCE IN MOSCOW BRITAIN AND FRANCE USE OF GERMAN BOGEY HINT OF RECONCILIATION (Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Juiv 24, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 23. The Moscow correspondent of The Times says that, the Anglo-French-Soviet conference lasted for an hour and 15 minutes. No detailed statement was made officially, though it, was said that the negotiations were proceeding normally. Further meetings are to be held shortly. The prospects of German-Russian trade negotiations are brighter. It is probable that Russia is using the bogey of rapprochement with Germany to assist the Anglo-French negotiations, at the same time reinsuring ner western frontier by friendliness to the Reich.
