NEW RIGHTS GRANTED
PEOPLE OF HYDERABAD NIZAM'S CONCESSIONS (Reed. July 20, 1.30 p.m.) BOMBAY, July 19. The Nizam of Hyderabad has issued a decree granting religious and political rights to a single Chamber of Representatives to be elected by the people to replace the Executive Council. A permanent committee of Hindus and Moslems is created to advise the Government on questions of religious freedom.
