BANKRUPTCY BREACHES
DUNEDIN OFFENCES A [AN FOUND GUILTY (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The hearing of 10 charges involving alleged breaches of the Bankruptcy Act against Harry Vivian Smith, was concluded in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Smith yesterday. The accused was found guilty on six of the counts, and was remanded for sentence.
