POPULAR VERDICT
BOESCH DEFEATS CLARK WRESTLING AT WANGANUI (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day. Wrestling before a medium house ■last night, Paul Boesch secured a points victory over Jim Clark, after a fast bout.
Clark' secured the first fall in the fifth round, when Boesch submitted to a reverse head-lock and barkbreaker. Boeseli hatched Clark when he applied the same hold in the next round and worried Clark with three drop-kicks to secure a fall with a body press.
Boesch was on top in the final round and secured a popular verdict.
