The members 1 of the Ormond Dramatic Circle held a meeting at the borne of Mrs. C. Long, llcxlon, there being .a good attendance. The drawing-room was artistically decorated with seasonal blooms. The secretary was instructed to thank Mr. D. P. Smith .for his generous donation to the circle. The members decided to buy a hanging mirrow, with a silver plate with an inscription on it, in memory of their late convener, Mrs. Smith. After the business was over Mrs. Long, assisted by her daughter, Miss Olive Long, served a sumptuous supper, and at the conclusion of the evening a vote of thanks was passed to Mrs. Long for her hospitality.
