AXIS POWERS’ MOVE (Reed. July 15, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, July 14. It is reported that an important economic conference will shortly be held under the leadership of the axis to discuss the introduction of the most-favoured-nation clause to a central and south-east European bloc under the leadership of Italy and Germany.
