Karamea, lor Homeward loading August 14. COASTAL TRADE The Wainui completed the discharge of her southern cargo here yesterday and sailed at 2.40 p.m. -for Napier. The vessel is expected to leave Napier on Monday for Wellington, thence South Island ports, to load again for Gisborne and Napier.

The Po-olta is expected to leave Westport to-day with coal for New Plymouth, Napier and Gisborne. The Kopara leaves Napier to-day -for northern ports. She loads cement at Portland on 'Monday and general cargo at Auckland on Tuesday for Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier, discharging here on Thursday. The 'Margaret W. left Gisborne early this morning and Tokomaru Bay at noon to-day for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow afternoon. On Monday the vessel is to be taken on to the slip at Auckland to enable her propeller to be changed. The ship completes loading at Auckland on Tuesday for Tokomaru Bay, T-olaga Bay and Gisborne, returning here on Thursday.

The Pakura, from Lyttelton, leaves Wellington on Monday for Napier and Gisborne, -arriving here about Wednesday.

The auxiliary scow Altair, which is engaged in carrying -benzine from Auckland to Gisborne, left this port at 7.40 a.m. to-day for Auckland to obtain a further load.

HOMEWARD LOADINGS Gisborne Roadstead Wairangi (Shaw, Saville; agents, Murray, Roberts and Company) was due at Wellington this morning from Lyttelton. She is expected to reach Gisborne on Wednesday to continue loading for London. The motor-ship completes at Auckland and sails on July 25 for London, via Cape Horn. Port Dunedin (Port Line; agents, Williams and Kettle, Limited), from Auckland, loads meat and general cargo at Gisborne, July 24-27; leaves July 27 for London, via Cape Horn RANGATIRA TO RESUME The union Company’s inter-island express service steamer Rangatira-, which is- undergoing overhaul aind survey at Wellington, 'is to resume running from Wellington on Monday, July 31. The Wahinc on her arrival at Wellington on Sunday, July 30, will withdraw for her overhaul and survey. THE GAM ARIA En route from Calcutta to Auckland, tlie British India steamer Gaaria left Sydney last Tuesday. She is expected at Auckland on Monday morning to discharge a number of military aeroplanes. On completion the chip will be dispatched for Newcastle. MAUNGANUI’S CRUISE

The Union Steam Ship Company's cruise ship Maunganui was to leave Pago Pago yesterday tor Levuka. Suva, Lautoka and Noumea.
