Ninety-First Birthday

(Mrs. M. Bovaird, Ormondvillc, celebrated her ninety-first birthday on Saturday. With her mother and sisters she landed a,t Wellington on Christmas Day C 6 years ago. For some time they conducted a school in the Hutt, one of their pupils being the boy who afterward became Sir Alfred Ransom. Later Mrs. Bovaird. went to Waipukurau. where she was married to the late Mr. J. Bovaird. She later moved to Ormiondville, where she has since resided.
