BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS GREECE AND BULGARIA (British Oflicinl Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, July 12. British trade with the Balkans was mentioned in answers in the House of Commons yesterday. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Oliver Stanley, stated that the question of an increase in British purchases of Greek tobacco was still under consideration. Mr. .Stanley also informed the House that Britain was now discussing with Bulgaria arrangements which, it was hoped, would produce some increase in British imports from Bulgaria and generally promote trade between the two countries.
