WAK PLANES DELIVERED FIRST OF 137 ORDERED (Reed. July 11, 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE. July 11. After the acceptance flights, the Royal Australian Air Force to-day took delivery of three Wirraway machines, the first war planes to toe made in Australia. The .Minister of Defence, Mr. G. A. Street, said that the delivery of the full order given toy trie Commonwealth Government for 137 planes should be completed on schedule within a year.
