PLANS SATISFACTORY BRITAIN AND FRANCE (Reed. July 4, 10 a.m.) PARIS, July 3 The French Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, conferred to-day with the French Ambassador to Turkey and discussed Turkey's plans for the transit of warships through the Dardanelles ini the event of a naval conflict. It is understood that the p-lans- are regarded as coinpelelv satisfactory to England and France.
