ARMY OF 100,000 MEN PLANS FOR. MUNITIONS (Reed. July 4, 10 a.m.) PARIS, July 3 The French Minister for Colonies, M. Georges Mandel, stated- to-day that Inido-China now had a fully trained army of 100,000 men. A munitions factory was .being .constructed and also an .avialtion factory with tan output of 150 planes yearly.
