PARK GOLF CLUB

JUNE VASE TEST ROUND DRAW FOR THURSDAY There was ia good attendance of mid-week ladies at the Park Golf Club last Thursday, although the weather was showery. The 'best card tor the medal round in the senior section was that of Mrs. A. Vickers, with a net score of 72; the next best card was Mrs. W. Halbert, with 74 net. In the C section competition; the winner was Mrs. K. Mariey, who carried the flag to the thirteenth green. The first of the series of Canadian foursomes was played last Tuesday in ideal weather, the winners being Mrs. P. Tureia and Mrs. E. Somervell and the runners-up Mrs. W. Tamihana and Mrs. W. Halbert.

The competition for next Thursday is the July Vase test round for the B and C sections. The draw is as 1 follows:—Miss E. McGhee and Mrs. If. Lunken; Mrs. W. Lee and Mrs. A. Vickers; Mrs. L.
