CAGE BIRD DISPLAY ENTRIES TOTAL 140 SHIELD TO L. KEN DRE W The Poverty Bay Canary and' Cage Bird Association's show on Saturday attracted much interest among bird fanciers and there were many visitors to the Selvyn Hall during the afternoon, when the display was open to . the public. The entries totalled 140, and the officials were well pleased with the quality of the birds exhibited. It was announced during the day that the President’s Shield for the fancier gaining the most points during the show season, had been annexed by Mr. L. Kendrew.
