H.5.0.8.’S GOOD DEFENCE Murhvai . . 7 goals 11.5.0.1 t 1 High School Old Boys played one of their best defensive games to date on Saturday, and Murhvai had to use
every effort in the first half to attain a winning position. One goal came early in the game, but there were no others until just before half-time, when the section leaders rattled in three in quick order. The final score was seven goals to one. Tlie Muriwai goals were scored by D. Nepe,' O. 'Nepe abd Pob.at.u. two each, and Toroa. one. McKenzie scored for H. 5.0.8. ' WESLEYAN AGAIN Wesleyan 3 goals High School A 1 High School A, who Were second on the senior B grade championship table, were beaten by Wesleyan by three goals to one. Wesleyan secured all their goals in the first half, High Schools’ coming towards the close of the game.
