WELLINGTON, This Day. Augustus Baggariay appeared at the Police Court this morning, oil a. charpe of using behaviour, whereby a breach of the peaco was occasioned. ' Evidence showed that accused lived with his wife at Carterton. Owing to a difference his wife came to Wellington. Accused followed and met hoi- in Sydney street, accompanied by the brother and sister.: . ~"■,, Tho brother threatened to strike Baggariay, and the latter drew a loaded revolver and threatened to shoot him and take his own. life. - Counsel for accused said the dispute had been fixed up, and the parties intended to live together again. A fine of £2 was imposed, and accused bound over to keep the neace towards his j brother-in-law for six months.
