Monday, Jan. 26th.

(Before E. S. Hawkins, Esq., S.M.)

A prohibition order was granted against a man named Thompson. The cases of Sou Chong and Sou You charged with having in their possession opium fit for smoking were adjourned till February 2ad. The charge against Wee Lea of smoking opium was dismissed. H. Tindal vP. Andrews. Claim for £3 for board. After evidence had been given, his Worship gave judgment for the amount claimed with costs. A first offender was charged with drunkenness and offensive manner on the railway station at Ngahere, Pined 103, and costs £2 18s Sd.
