Fisher (Canterbury) moved that au association be formed, and eaid that it was suggested that it should exist at Wellington. Andrew (Wellington) moved as an amendment that in Hen of aa association, an annual conference be held at Wellington, considering that it would be difficult to find men able to devote sufficient time to the affairs of an association, and, further, that it might clash with the interests of individual societies.
