The Lady Charlton Gold Dredging Company has decided to close down, owing to the Supreme Court having granted an injunction to James Fletcher. They do not propose to resume again until the Government settle the water rights definitely. The ether companies interested will have to follow this course early next year. They have also assented to an injunction against them.
