Biblin, Dec 7. The German budget shows a deficit of £2,945,000. Dissatisfaction at PostmasterGeneral. London, Dec 7.
Much dissatisfaction is expressed at Londondery at the Postmaster-General, agreeing to co-operate with the National Telephone Coy without the approval of Parliament. The effect of it will be that behind the customers will be high rates until 1911, when the post office will be enabled to purchase the Coy’s plant.
