Liverpool Bank Fraud. Beceived this day at 9 5 a. m. London, Dec 3.
Goudie appeared at tbe Bow street Police Court aud was remanded. His large purchase of newspapers aroused the landlady's suspicions. He was visited by a large number of persons supposed to be confederates.
Suppression of Anarchists. Beceived this day at 9 5 a.m. London, Dec 3. The "Daily News" Berlin correspondent states that Bussia and Germany have issued identical notes to the Powers inviting them to take steps against anarch* ism.
While a flotilla of destroyers was passing Harwick during the night the railway steamer, Cambridge, ran down one of them, the Salmon. The latter sank and two stokers were drowned.
Obituary. Edward John Eyre, Ex-governor of Jamaica and once Lieutenant-governor of New Zealand, is dead. Aged 86.
