British Stamps. London, November 22. Five hundred million new British stamps have been printed. Henley Regatta. Henley stewards have decided by a large majority that foreigners and colonials be allowed to compete at future regattas. Disastrous Yoyage. The sailing vessel Ocean arrived at Tyne badly damaged. She had ten days’ tempests in the -Morth Sea. Eight of the crew were washed overboard, in the vicinity of Hamborougli Heads, and two drowned. Haztfeldt’s Death. London, November 24. King Edward and the Kaiser sent messages warmly condoling with Haztfeldt’s relatives. Lord Salisbury declared that Germany had lost a most valuable servant, and England a most sincere friend by the death of Hatzfeldt. The Egyptian Budget. London, Nov 24.
