The Cyclists Touring Club has entered into a reciprocal agreement with the National Touring Association of Victoria, similar to that existing with the Cycling Tourist Club of England. Exploration Ship Discovery. Coleridge Farr in charge of the Magnetic Observatory does not expect the Discovery for a week but she may arrive any day. The vessel must leave Lyttelton not later than the middle of December so as to take a« much advantage as possible of the southern summer which begins the breaking up of the pack ice in the middle of December.
