HEALTHY "DON'TS."
Don't cat when you are not hungry. Hunger is nature's way of intimating that more nourishment is required. Don't eat at all hours of the day. Don't worry your food, but chew it. Don't overload the stomach and fancy it can do the work of a dray-horse. Don't run away with the idea that it is what you eat that gives nourishment; it is what is digested that helps to build up the system. . Don't take pills and purgatives, which act violently and quickly, and do more harm than good.
