Westralian Ministry. Perth, Nov 18. Piesse was unable to form a ministry and Morgan was sent for. Communistic Colony. J. Lane Cosine, of the communistic colony of Paraguay, arrived after seeking recruits. A Derelict on the Sea. Eeceivcd this day, at 10 6 a m. Melbourne, Nov 18.
The ship Loeh Brooms, fell in with a derelict in the southern ocean in the track of Capo Australian vessels. There was no sign of life aboard the vessel which was about 2000 tons, and had evidently been destroyed by fire. Train Collision. Adelaide, Nov 18. Trains were each travelling 25 miles an hour in opposite directions at the same time. The crash was terrific. The firemen were horribly mutilated.
Pennington was severely scalded, and his case is hopeless. £IO,OOO damage was done. The accident was duo to failure of the brakes to control on a greasy line one train dashing past the point where the trains were to cross.
