This broad btnc, however, failed in its purpose, dad soon after, oil the hairdresser again arriving late, the Soldier-King impatiently demanded, “Llave you still that watch t gav/i you ‘Why, yes, your Majesty," said the barber* • here it is." “Ah,” said the Kaiser, taking it with a humorous smile, “as it really seems to bo a very uncertain timekeeper I will give you another,’’ and the astonished barber found himself with one of the commonest type of nickel-plated watches in his unwilling hand.
