The South African Cold Storage Company shows a profit of £1,109,591 and carried to reserve £737,000. A dividend of 55 per cent and a bonus of 10s per share was declared.
Copper—On spot is £63 2s 6d; threemonths J66117s 6d.
A New Zealand wheat cargo ex-Gladys was sold for 28/-. At the tallow auctions 1,327 cask? were offered and 38 sold at a nominal decline of sixpence.
2,353 bales of Laplata wool were offered and 1,221 were sold.
