GREY MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Saturday, October 12th. (Before R. S. Hawkins Esq., S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. P. Kennedy, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and fined 1/-, and 2/costs. J. Bourke, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and discharged. ILLEGAL DISTRESS WARRANT. Hughes v. Sheedy. Claim for allcdged illegal distress warrant and sale of tools. Mr Joyce fer plaintiff and Mr Hannan for defendant. Mr Joyce intimated that no arrangement had been come to and the Magistrate gave judgment for plaintiff for £SO with £8 4s costs.
