Shipping Dispute, Arrived —-Mokoia at 4 o’clock. The Company state that the arrival was entered at the Customs at 4 10, or five minutes before tho usual time, at which the receipt of entries cease. It is understood that a dispute has arisen over the matter. The ground taken is that the dutiable articles were not entered after 4 o’clock, as the Mokoia’s cargo does not include dutiable goods. It is claimed that the Customs authorities must have better arguments for the seclusion.
