Ammunition for Volunteers

Wellington. Oct. 9,

The Defence Minister in the course of a short speech made at the Parliamentary Savage Club on Monday night, stated that he was in favor of increasing the amount of amunition served out to volunteers for practice, and that it only required pressure to be brought to bear on him, when there would bo no trouble in getting the increase required by volunteers.
