, ( Pams, September 23. General Bruyere on Saturday led the selected regiments of the Army at Rhciras past the -Czar and Czaritza and President Loubet. '"At the. luncheon after the review Irmbet declared that the alliance between the two nations had powerfully contributed to European peace. The Czar replied stating that he was deeply moved by the touching cordiality of the demonstration. The ties uniting tlio nations being reaffirmed by such manifistations of the sympathy with "Russia by the much loved and appreciated French nation. The alliance was the most pacific and precious element of appeasement for the whole of humanity. The Czar started for Kiel in the afternoon.
There were ovations all the way to the frontier, where the Czar telegraphed to loubet his warmest thanks,
