Amongst the many condolences reeived, that from Marghenta, widow of te murdered Xing Humbert, is one of te most touching. Doctor Mann states that the result of atopsy was that all the tissues the bullet aversed were found to be dead. MXinlev general state was considerbly run down and he failed to respond > efforts to revive him from the shock. M'Kiuley bequeathed to his wife the ulk of a fairly good but not large jrtune.
The Funeral Preparations, Received this day at 9 28 a.m. Washington, September 16. After the private service at the house t Milborn attended by the President of f the Buffalo Exhibition, Mrs, M'Kinley nd members of' the Cabinet, the body of I‘Kinley was removed to the City Hall, Buffalo, passing between lines of soldiers, ailors and marines. Eight corporals arried the coffin for two miles, the bands laying “Nearer my God to Thee " and Slopin's march. Roosevelt’s Cabinet, le Governors of the States of New York nd Illinois accompanied the corpse, lense crowds lining the route. The inblic were subsequently admitted to the mil, eighty thousand viewing the coffin.
