Wellington, September 13. ■ The General Synod concluded its mission this morning. Besolutions were passed that the method of raising money to indemnify the trustees of.the Porirua College Trust, if indemnity is needed, be referred to flic next General Synod. That the trustees be instructed to ascertain whether it is possible to devise a scheme for the trust that would satisfy all parties, and appointing a recess committee to consult with the trustees in regard to the appeal to the Privy Council.
Another resolution was placed on record—the regret of the Synod at the death of Archdeacon .Dudley of Auckland, and expressed condolence with his widow and family.
